Guidelines for Introducing Group Work
in Undergraduate Mathematics

Formal Group Work

In this section of the report issues related to the use of formal assessed group work will be considered. In this context group work is seen as tasks that have been set as part of a course and that must be completed by a group of students, who as a result gain a mark that allows progression or contributes towards their degree classification.
